Mates Invest is currently available to wholesale investors only, as defined under New Zealand law. This generally applies to individuals or entities with sufficient financial experience or resources to assess investment opportunities independently.

You may qualify if you:

  • Have significant investing experience

  • Meet certain asset or investment thresholds

  • Self-certify as an eligible investor (with professional sign-off)

  • Operate as an investment business or qualifying entity
