We believe the traditional model of negative gearing and relying on long-term capital gains is outdated. Too often, investor cash flow is swallowed by debt repayments to offshore banks, which ultimately drains GDP from our local economy. Governance
Governance ensures Mates Invest acts in the best interest of investors and the continuity of the business. The structure is tailored to ensure we optimise assets for investors and manage risk appropriately. Supporting the team are independent professionals that govern our investment values throughout the life of the fund.
All investments will be managed through our corporate lawyer’s trust accounts and directly invested into the property ownership entity. Mates Invest does not directly handle investors’ capital.
